Our members have been keeping busy! 1984 Gold Medal recipient Arlene Blum was interviewed at Outside magazine and discussed her pioneering all women team's summit of 8,091-meter Annapurna in the Himalayas. The team included fellow SWG member and physicist Irene Miller. Arlene also interviewed for the XX Factor podcast, where she talks about being a woman climber and chemist during a time where those fields were primarily dominated by men.
